Comedy of errors

Tepid Starch (aka Fearless Leader) has been boasting about his "movie" for months now, claiming there will be a big local premiere: There will be a local release of the film at the Roxy Theater in Ottawa. Most of you will agree, there will be a special reception when (harassed local author) shows up.  (Originally posted on Facebook Sept. 13, 2013)
Yesterday someone posted this comment in a Facebook group opposed to the madness that has come to define the Starved Rock Murders crew: you'd think they would question why he sits on all of the evidence he supposedly has. then tells them they're getting close. Problem is leader doesn't know shit and he's letting the circus make it up as they go. maybe he thinks their crazy theories will make for a good movie ( comedy)
That got us here at the ol' Magic Marshtian Tent thinking that maybe Fearless Leader's intentions have been misunderstood all along. Since the Sleuthettes insist that Tepid's now infamous UFO video (in case you haven't already checked it out, you can watch it by scrolling to the bottom of this blog) linking aliens to the murders in St. Louis Canyon was intended as satire, perhaps this entire endeavor has been nothing but one long, drawn-out private joke.

The only theater likely to carry Fearless Leader's so-called documentary.

Tepid Starch: He thinks everyone is so stupid, they don't get that this movie, which I made, is just a false straw man argument to expose how completely ridiculous his version of the facts are.  (Originally posted on Facebook Sept. 9, 2013)

By the way, the "he" in question is the much-maligned local author who many years ago dared to write a book about the Starved Rock Murders and has been a constant target of the SRM Facebook group since its inception. In fact, we have come to believe the SRM group was founded as a direct result of Fearless Leader's jealousy over that person's modest success. More on that in a future blog post!

Bitter Billie Rubin: The video is satire, cruel maybe but also interesting are all the comments under it. (Originally posted on Facebook Sept. 8, 2013)

At least she has the modicum of decency to admit that if it is a satire, it is a cruel one!

Merry Ourang-Outang: anyone who read the alien theory would know it was just satire. If you thought otherwise, you're a fool and troublemaker. (Originally posted on Facebook Oct. 10, 2013)

Well, we're not really sure how one can "read" a video, but we do get what you were attempting to say here, Merry.

Bitter Billie Rubin: (Tepid's) vid about the "aliens" was brilliant satire. (Originally posted on Facebook Dec. 11, 2013)

Brilliant? LMAO Not even close! Satire? If no one can even figure out that something is meant to be satirical, then it hardly qualifies as such, does it? At best, it is merely offensive and falls well short of its intended purpose.
And if the film or documentary or whatever the hell it is supposed to be has been in production since 2007, as Fearless Leader has previously claimed, why is it that as recently as last month he was still searching for a film crew?

Tepid Starch: This is just a shout out to the many film companies that I know are interested in exploring this story. Just friend me and post. There are many members of the Committee to Free Chester Weger that have encyclopedic knowledge of this travesty. We welcome you to experience a great group of Citizens who still think Justice is Important. And that Truth will prevail over evil. JTW  (Originally posted on Facebook Nov. 3, 2013)

According to an article published in The Times on Sept. 14, 2013, following Fearless Leader's lame rally held in Ottawa's Washington Park:
A film crew from Odd Machine, a Chicago-based production company, shot footage at the rally and other locations. Seth Henrikson of Odd Machine is director and owner of the documentary, which has a working title of "A Reasonable Doubt," (and) has been in production for more than a decade with no scheduled release date.
Those last five words speak volumes! We are going out on a limb here and predicting the film will never be released. The only "Reasonable Doubt" involved in this situation is whether Starch and his minions will ever abandon their witch hunt and focus on concrete solutions to help Chester Weger if and when he is ever paroled.
The sad truth is that Fearless Leader's big joke is on the Sleuthettes. They're just too stupid or too willfully ignorant to realize it. In the meantime, we will all continue to be treated to ludicrous comments like this:

Chatty CathyDin O'Barrell: I would rather see a move (sic) called "Justice For Chester" starring (Tepid Starch), and maybe Kevin Costner as Chester  (Originally posted on Facebook Sept. 24, 2013)
